Botanical Bliss Maintenance Tea provides a tremendous balance within the womb. With consistency, our blend can relieve menstrual symptoms, balance hormones, release stagnation, improve circulation, soothe menopausal symptoms as well as improve the health of your reproductive system.

For one serving, steep half TBSP to one cup of water.

For two servings, steep one TBSP to two cups of water.

For maximum results steep overnight and consume in the morning.
